Most teachers cited stress and burn out as the reasons behind their resignations, a study conducted over the summer revealed.

U.S. Marshall's finally tracked him town within the last week but Conrad, who used the alias Thomas Randele, had died in May at the age of 71 from lung cancer.

Homeless man is arrested for 'raping jogger in Central Park' after surveillance video showed him attempting to sell her cell phone at a convenience store 

Paulie Velez, 25, was arrested (right) just before 1am Saturday after being identified as the suspect in a sexual assault that took place Thursday morning in Central Park. Police say Velez (left) - who is homeless - came up behind a jogger, strangled her until she was unconscious and raped her (inset). He then allegedly attempted to sell the victim's stolen cell phone at a local convenience store. Velez is expected to be arraigned in Manhattan criminal court on Saturday. He faces charges of rape, robbery, strangulation, assault, sex abuse and criminal possession of stolen property.
